form required for payment, and directions on how to
start generating sales.

Your link will arrive separately to the email address
you supply. Allow 1-2 business days for the link to
arrive.

Commissions are paid by check monthly for all
balances over $50. Rates are $25 per Single User
Version and $50 per Network Edition.
